Just like in the beginning of the season when his grandpa said, "you're strong. Use that to help your friends". It just comes naturally for him. And Yuji drooling would be same as Tanjiro not breathing when fighting Daki. Every other normal human function turns off and he has nothing but pure concentration

The 2 of them are a perfect pair to fight together as their styles are similar making Todo a great teacher for Yugi as well. The next episode is another superb episode that is hype from beginning till the end.

Producers select voice actors based on whether their voice suits the character as well. So all these talented people got the roles through their hard work and talent! ❤️❤️

That's why Todo is always explaining things to Itadori in his poetic and easy to understand concepts and why we always see him "power up" after their conversations.

Some notes for the episode: Inumaki's technique always has a recoil/feedback that is worse depending on the words he uses. Hanami is just much stronger that simple words like 'stop' destroyed his throat pretty quickly. I like how you guys acknowledge Todo's teaching to Yuji, his teaching is definitely working for him. According to the wiki, Hanami is referred to by he/him, but the character is voiced by a woman, referencing 'mother nature.'

2022-07-19 02:43:01 +0000 UTCIt really shows what Gojo said like earlier in the show, that he's a lot more scared of sorcerers who are good at fighting and have good basics than he is of sorcerers with weak or unrefined techniques, Toudou incarnates the strength of just fighting with your fist as a sorcerer, he wasn't blessed with crazy regular physical strength like Maki and Yuji, he isn't Sukuna's vessel with crazy amount of cursed energy, he's just a guy that fights on his own and became that strong still as a student. Really goes to show how Yuji might have insane potential!

He just hit his limit of using cursed speech on such a powerful special grade. It's like punching a wall with your bare hands. How much of a drawback it is depends on the level of strength between him and his opponent and what he's speaking into existence. For example if he used his technique to exorcise grade 4 curses all day he'd come down with a sore throat at worst. But due to how strong Hanami is, the drawback was quite severe. Also words like "Don't move" and "Blow away" against a special grade.
