Some notes for the ep: The One for All vs All for one can get very confusing, so just know: One for All (OFA for short) is All Might and Deku's power, the one that has been cultivated and passed down. In Deku's fight against Shinso (Mind control guy) he sees 8 figures including All Might, so he is the 9th holder of the quirk. All for One (AFO for short) can take and give quirks at will. He can keep a stockpile of many quirks. It's presumed one of these quirks is something that allows him to not age so he is still alive even though it's been 9 generations since the first wielder of OFA, he's still alive and kicking. It was mentioned in passing a few eps back, but just in case you forgot, the fight that injured All Might so bad that made him his deflated self was his fight against AFO. AFO also killed the 7th holder, All Might's Predecessor. Ron was so adamant about Endeavor being the Leader of the League of Villains LOL it was really funny tbh.
