Panda's prefer bread to rice because "It's bread." is what "Pan da." is in japanese. 🤣 Think of it like a declarative sentence. So you get the question: Are you a rice or bread person? And the answer is basically "Pan da." "It's got to be bread" or something along those lines.

Some notes for the episode: Juzo Kumiya, the one that Geto said was disposable, is the bald coat-rack guy, not the ponytail guy. Miwa was sleeping because of Inumaki's cursed speech through the phone on ep 18. She was asleep the whole time during the curse attack. Gojo has infinity, so even though he 'stepped' on the ants, his infinity barrier keeps things from touching him so he didn't trample the ants. However, he could have if he wanted to. The ants are symbolic of the higher-ups. Gojo can trample them whenever he wants, but he chooses not to. The juju stroll is a pun. Pan (Pronounced pahn or smt like that idk for certain) in Japanese means bread, so they're doing a pun on pan (Bread) and panda.

The most common/obvious is giving up the "surprise" advantage by telling your opponent what your ability is; in return your ability is now stronger. This also applies to more specific things like being born without limbs(Mechamaru) or without cursed energy(Maki) in exchange making your ability/body stronger.

(Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue) produces a "pull" effect like a magnet. Red+Blue=Purple obviously but think about what push+pull=? A BLACK HOLE!!! :D Yes he is basically shooting out a black hole (in concept and practice)
