It's usually just to show like this character is a bit aggressive, or a bit loud, or a bit like a musclehead or sports freak. It's simply just to show a character's personality like everything else (e.g. hair colour, eye colour, height, etc) in anime. Some examples are Kirishima Eijiro (spiky muscled redhead) from My Hero Academia, and Rin from Free! If you notice, a lot of the time Bakugo is drawn with sharp teeth when he's being loud, aggressive, or threatening someone lolz

There’s an extended one that is much more recent and actually explains a bit of the plot and the insane action. Awesome reaction vids as always🔥💯.
