Always gonna recommend Studio Ghibli movies, it's like a standard lol. My picks would be Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, & Ponyo. An out of left field fave of mine that I'm sure no one else will recommend is Black Jack the Movie (made in 1996). Black Jack is a pretty old manga with a few anime series but you'd be able to watch this movie without any prior knowledge. Just throwing it out there. Love ya'll!

Studio Ghibli films! A lot of us grew up watching these films and they are classics :))) To name a couple: Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, A Castle in the Sky, The Wind Rises, Ponyo, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Grave of the Fireflies (I'm gonna bet this one will make Ron cry like a baby), My Neighbor Totoro, and more! All of the Ghibli films are gems <3

I don’t know if many people know this movie but, “red line” it’s basically speed racer on steroids. Unique art style, and super action packed. It was made in 2009 but failed due to bad marketing. It was made entirely with hand drawings.

Kiki's Delivery Service was my favorite Miyazaki Film growing up, but any Miyazaki film would be stellar, Princess Mononoke, Howls Moving Castle, Spirited Away are my votes. Also do they have to be Anime movies? Can we suggest non anime movies we think you would like? If so I HIGHLY suggest the movie "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once" no cap, that movie changed my whole perspective on life.
