2024-01-16 17:20:54 +0000 UTC:( they didn't comment on a single one of the 5 black flashes (our prodigy Yuta's impromptu one was my fav) or the double black flash between yuji in nobara on ep 24. its not just animation and they don't have to say "black flash", if the cursed energy flashes black its a black flash, and black flash is extremely rare and impressive.

2023-07-23 18:01:14 +0000 UTCI'm sure others have said it but just in case: the cursed speech users throat gets rekt faster the stronger the curse is hes talkikg to and for the intensity of the command. So even making the nature tree flower curse from season 1 stop moving with "Stop", something really simple, was highly damaging. But saying "stop" to like a puppy wouldn't do anything bad to his throat. Explode, something very much more powerful than "stop" on several hundred fish was damaging, but probably not as damaging as saying explode on maybe Nanami would have been (because they're so powerful and that command would be so demanding for someone that strong)

And the fact that Nanami holds the world records of 4 consecutive black flashes? Every time you see a black and red flashes in this movie they're black flashes, we saw one when Yuta punched Geto, and we saw 4 consecutively when Nanami exorcised those curses.

2022-10-05 20:34:12 +0000 UTCMy guess about Miguel was that he truly was never a "Bad" guy, but instead was like a mercenary for Geto. After Miguel's fight with Gojo he saw just how incredible Gojo was and decided to side with Gojo instead of Geto from that point. Yuta still had the execution order on him, I believe. So, Gojo sent Yuta to Africa to hide from the higher ups while training under Miguel. If you remember, Gojo stated that Miguel had weird cursed energy imbued into his hair/rope. So, Gojo's having Yuta learn how to imbue cursed energy better into his sword with Miguel being his teacher. That's just my theory though

That scene with Nanami in this movie is him hitting multiple black flashes in a row (which is referenced in the anime when hes teaching Yuji about them)

So at this point its more so a "how is he still alive after Gojo finished him off" - The hand was Gojo about to use his ranged attack on Geto in a crowd of people.

Then he decided to add Yuta back in as the manga continued. Anyways! I'm glad that you went into the movie without even watching the trailer, cuz in my opinion the trailer is a big spoiler lol. And all your questions about Geto and Gojo's past will be answered in season 2!

2022-10-02 18:21:28 +0000 UTCAs many have stated before Geto was infact killed at the end of the movie by Gojo. JJK vol. 0 is a prequel but was actually meant to be a stand alone story. Gege (the author) didn't want to continue the story but was eventually convinced too. But Gege felt that yuta's story line was complete so he saw no reason to make him the protagonist of the current story line, which is how we get Yuji. You will learn more about Geto an Gojo's relationship in season 2 so a lot of your questions will be answered there. But you won't learn more about Yuta until much much later, maybe season 3 but definitely season 4 and it will be well worth the wait. Hope you guys have a great day.

2022-10-02 16:57:01 +0000 UTCCouple of things you might have missed as well as personal theory of mine since I don't read Manga. 1. Go rewatch the second opening of JJK. You'll see Miguel and Yuuta together somewhere. My personal theory is think of how Gojo put off going to save Yuuta just to take care of Miguel. He's gotta be strong. I think Gojo recruits him and that's what the after credit is pointing to. 2. Nanamin is the current record holder for consecutive black flashes. He used 4 of them right there when he said "I'll take care of this". Yuuta also used it when he punched Geto. 3. Recall when Todo first met Megumin when him and Mai went to visit? Megumin mentioned that Todo defeated a special grade by himself during the night of the parade of a 1000 demons. That's that big scary curse he rushed in to fight by himself. 4. And to answer why Rika became a special grade right off the bat. They classify a curse as special grade based on two things. Sheer amount of cursed energy and intellect (ability to communicate effectively) 5. Yuuta was able to curse her because like Gojo explained, he's a descendant of a very powerful sorcerer so the innate talent to be good at jujutsu is in his bloodline. Cheers for the reaction!
