Those are some college students with a lot of cash! 😂 I envy them for having a financial backer with such deep pockets.

These do help to slow some bullets, but they’re also only about 6″ wide, if even, and fairly low down, usually about at the level of the occupant’s waist when seated. I'm guessing that's why Keith Kepler the villaiin managed not to get shot since most of the bullets that were aimed at him properly after the first that broke the window were all aimed around waist height.
