It’s a spoiler because of what you’re implying. There is zero confirmation this episode. People have similar names all the time, that fact itself is insignificant. At most, they should just have a question right now. However, that question gets confirmed in a big reveal NEXT episode, but you are trying to confirm it here and now instead. That’s why it’s a spoiler. A good rule of thumb is just to avoid giving hints in general.

One of One For Alls traits is it has to be *given* and can't be taken. For reasons I won't get into, I also might not be remembering correctly but I believe that's the case

So Ron, the way that All Might explained it in the previous season was that AFO (All For One) had a little quirkless brother (or so he thought) and forced a quirk of storing power upon him but he didn't realize that his little brother did have a quirk, which was an ability to pass on Quirks and that ultimately became One For All (OFA).

So they tell you more about Gang Orca later but as a rule of thumb animal type quirks that make them look like certain animals usually means their quirk allows them to use abilities from that animal. So echolocation or jumping ability, Asui's long tongue, things like that. So if they don't spell the animal quirks out for you immediately you can think on those lines.

When All might gave Deku his strand of hair All Might explained that his quirk can only be given intentionally, they can't steal it. So i would assume that's exactly why as Ron asked he didn't already attempted to force take it before

The way all for one’s power works, is that he can take away and give quirks to others, he can use the quirks and even combine them, or use combinations of them to get different results, (I think I heard that he can duplicate them, but don’t quote me), stolen quirk users are still alive, they are just quirkless, I also think I remember one for all having resistance against being taken by all for one
