We have hindsight and its way different to rewatch and pick up details that the majority of viewers do not. Imo. Its better when they don't notice until the the realization of the hints during the reveal.

Pay more attention to the details, you are missing details, with some jokes here and there, but things pass and you don't notice, your brain is gonna melt LOL. This anime is very, very detailed.

2022-10-24 10:20:58 +0000 UTCYeah, in the S1 finale, even Erwin stated during his interrogation (I guess) that the reason he didn't ask the MP for help (or even anyone else that weren't higher rank in the SC) with luring Annie out was because they didn't know if anyone else was an enemy. Seems like he was right! Though Ymir doesn't seem like an enemy here, she was definitely like Annie. A titan in disguise, living among them.

Remember yβall were asking where they were during all of that. They never had time to get their gear since then because they had to hurry to warn the villages of the titans in the walls and then check the walls for holes, this is all right after that
