These poor kids man :( Historia really is an amazing character, wat a beast to not be a pawn anymore. So glad she realized that even if a great person like Friede had all the power in the world, they still couldnt save it... Historia def doesnt want to be that guy, shes so smart altho Eren is also right :/ the lines this show crosses are so good.

I didn't watch it my first time through and I'm glad. It made what happens later a lot more interesting.

[spoiler here] in future episodes we see even a tiny bit of titan serum could affect you turning into a titan

2022-11-28 01:09:48 +0000 UTCEren's life just completely shattered in a matter of minutes here, and it was so hard to watch him basically lose the will to live because of the overwhelming guilt he was feeling. Poor guy not only relived the moment he ate his own father, but also the moment said father slaughtered an entire family of women and children just to obtain a power he can't even use. His entire life was a lie, all the people that died for him died for nothing, and as far as Eren knew, he and his father are responsible for humanity's continued suffering. Now he just heard he has a chance to possibly make things right by sacrificing his own life? It's a lot... Everything that has happened from the end of S1 up until now has also basically been only a couple of weeks. That's a lot of hurt, betrayal, deaths and huge revelations all in a short span of time! Eren's complete breakdown was a long time coming honestly, especially after his emotional one at the end of S2. Loved the fact that it was Ymir's words, her "wish", that helped Historia make a decision in what is arguably the most important moment of her life. The vocals coming up as she whacked the syringe away was just fantastic! Also, just going to say that you do need the full injection! But I believe the reason why Uri was able to turn with just a lick was because of the cuts in his mouth made by Kenny. Straight to the bloodstream lol!
