Not saying YOU should but I'm surprised that You're surprised. (I was like them when I first watched aot so ik exactly where they're coming from)

2022-12-22 06:28:36 +0000 UTCconsidering they've only watched shows where the bad guy is either a good guy undercover or just simply misunderstood, it's not hard to consider the fact that they want to believe in them. just because you weren't conflicted here, doesn't mean others can't be, i was. reiner was a big part of the beginning and one of my favorite characters. they're very empathetic people and at this point in the show, there's more going on that just bad and good. it's so complex and people in their comment sections have told them not to make assumptions on this particular matter because they'll most likely be wrong.

At this point of the show I honestly don't know why you would want to take bertolts and rieners side (even though i love both of them). Also the whole "whose the enemy thing" even though you don't know the full story, it's pretty clear who the enemy is at the current time (bertholdt, reiner and the beast). Like the beast, reiner and bertholdt are killing corps left and right but you still think they're innocent? Realistically regardless of their motivation, they are the enemy

Shows that there are still conflicted feelings there for Reiner, but like what they learned in the first half of S3, they sometimes have to get their hands dirty. The music during that moment was also spot-on! What a way to end the episode, huh? Lol Reiner really got messed up 😂
