Yooo! I’m also not reading the manga for this anime but Ron I think you were right! About Makima being one fo those who had a contract with the Future Devil. I just noticed now that I’m watching your reaction, the eye in the stomach of the Future Devil looks just like Makima’s eyes. I don’t know but for me it looks very similar. Omg! If you were right about this, nice call. I didn’t even notice! It was mentioned that the two others who had a contract with the Future Devil: One had lost half of their lifetime, the other traded all of their senses. So I think Makima maybe traded half of her life to the Future Devil. P.S. this is not a spoiler, just theorizing

The excitement i felt each week looking forward for both animes hasnt been matched yet. Since then i kinda like the weekly release of one episode per week. Makes the episode even more special but some the demon slayer season 2 cliffhangers were EVIL xD

There was even something that looked a bit like a clit. That being said, putting your head inside a vagina to have a glimpse of your future, that's quite the powerful imagery. It's like reverse birthing. Basically "to know your future, look into your past".

He's pointing out the fact that Makima has a great sense of smell and still has her eyesight intact, and that she's also not likely to have sacrificed half her lifetime given her behavior (according to him). Those were the conditions presented to two people who made a deal with the Future Devil, so he's basically saying that their theory doesn't sound plausible. I have no idea why you guys are having such a hard time trying to understand his comment...
