Commenting this for future watchers since R & G with AoT go way far in the wrong direction with info given. Erwin didn't refuse the injection to be selfless, he didn't refuse it full stop; he was dreaming/thinking about when he asked his dad the question "How do we know there isn't humanity outside the walls?" or whatever, and reflexively raised his arm as he did to said teacher back in school. Idk where either Ron or Michelle got the idea he said no to it, a few other channels a long time ago suggested the same and I was equally confused then... I'm not mad about people being wrong with "theories", but the decision to choose Armin was 100% on Levi, not remotely from Erwin.

Called this in s1 , the plot for this show was so predictable for me from s1 - s3. However , it was always the execution that stood out. AOT’s story telling is exceptional

Next season feels like a entirely different show, after knowing the truth in Aot If you rewatch it you'll do so with other eyes, a lot of things that don't make sense or that you don't pick up at first just hit different, if you guys have time i would recomend to watch again the end of season 2 when eren gets kidnaped the whole thing is different once you know the truth, anyway super excited for the next episode!!

One interpretation of the scene where Erwin swats away Levi's hand in his last breath, because of the scene they show of Erwin raising his hand in his dads classroom, I think he was hallucinating/subconsciously thinking he was in the classroom and raising his hand, which coincidentally swatted away Levi's hand. He meagerly says something too, which was what he had said in the classroom, iirc.
