No matter if you look at the animation, the soundtrack, the storytelling, the world building, the characters, or any other aspect, this show is far above average in all of them. One of the all time beloved classic anime series from back in the day is a gem called Rurouni Kenshin (called Samurai X in some parts of the world). They're going to remake in later this year, but while waiting for that you can watch the live action adaptations for your movie reacts. The Rurouni Kenshin movies are far and away the best anime to live action movies (and possibly best animation to live action adaptation, period). There are 5 RK movies, and they're all excellent.

Hello guys, i love your reactions and i love Naruto and also i have watched many people react to Naruto. I would honestly recommend checking out "Naruto Kai". it is a fan project dedicated to removing filler, padding and any other unnecessary recaps . It covers the whole cannon series in order according to the manga and nothing important is changed. Just google naruto kai reddit and you'll find it. Cuz if you guys are planning to watch all of naruto in 2023 it will take 2 years to finish it.

It deconstructs what it means to be a hero, so I think it would be a great watch after MHA lol. Quite nihilistic in its tone and not sure if that's your thing, but would love to see some more seinen on this channel :)

I do believe they did mention they are starting off with 4 and as they adjust to the new anime they are adding, they are going to add another day with more episodes. Lets give them some time get adjusted, I'd rather have quality reaction than them forcing to get them to us.

Hey, I know that you guys (or Ron, at least) are fans of Kpop. There's a new anime out on Netflix called Lookism that's only eight episodes long based on a Korean webtoon where a lot of the characters are based on Kpop idols. There's also sort of a focus on idol culture in the show, and there's even a song performance that's actually really sick. But the show is a lot more than that and delves into a wide range of things. There are sick fights, deep themes, heavy focus on and criticism of pop culture, and lots of character depth. The webcomic is one of the biggest in the world but the show is kinda underground, so I doubt many others will recommend it, but I promise it's really good.

@Devontre Griggs You simply mean they're the only ones you recognized because they're the only Shônen Jump adaptations I cited, right? I've been reading Death Note since the pilot chapter got published in 2003 and been into Hunter x Hunter since around 2002 when nobody cared about it because Naruto was starting. I consider myself a fan and yet I'd say those two are by far the most generic of this list.

Only has 10 episodes so it's short. Best to watch in english dub because of the slang and because the original Cyberpunk universe is in english. DON'T type it on Google, on Youtube or don't even discuss it with people to avoid spoilers. - To Your Eternity : 　The best anime of 2021. Beautiful, poetic, and very humbling. Will make you cry a lot. - Parasyte -The Maxim- : 　An absolute masterpiece that will make you question the role of mankind in the food chain. - Made in Abyss : 　The author is a huge pedo creep, but once you get past the moral ambiguity of some scenes, the world-building is amazing. Best Dark Fantasy anime for me, but I think it could easily become a traumatic experience for Rice so watch out. Also, the background musics composed by Kevin Penkin are the most outstanding anime soundtracks I've ever heard. - Samurai Champloo : 　A modern classic. Imagine Japanese samurais breakdancing while fighting. The soundtrack for this series was made by Nujabes, a Japanese Hip-Hop beatmaker who literally reinvented Lo-Fi Hip-Hop. Samurai Champloo and Nujabes had somewhat a big impact on the American Jazz-Hop scene. - Prison School : 　If you're not uncomfortable with having boobs and tits shoved down your screen, the humour of this show is hilarious. Basically the American Pie of Japan. - the "Monogatari" series by SHAFT studio : 　A.k.a. "if Quentin Tarantino made an anime". This series is a trip, both visually and narratively. Also know that Bakemonogatari's opening 4 is as iconic as Tokyo Ghoul's first opening in the anime community. Tokyo Ghoul's OP has 165M views on Youtube while Bakemono's OP has 145M views. - Death Note : 　Okay, it's technically a shônen, but feels more like a seinen or a Hitchcock movie. It won many awards and is a worldwide success. - One Punch Man : 　The most anti-shônen anime ever. It uses shônen tropes to mock them. Second season was a disappointment because it was made by a different animation studio, but the first season broke the Internet. - Hunter x Hunter 2011 : 　The proto-Naruto. Yeah, another shônen but it's good. It gave birth to the trend of ultraviolence in shônen fights and the trend of complex power systems. Without HxH there wouldn't be any JJK. Togashi's previous manga, "Yû Yû Hakusho", is also regarded as an old classic. - Fate/Zero : 　Imagine a battle royale to the death between sorcerers set in the modern World. Great characters, great action and very dark and mature atmosphere. - Nana : 　A realistic anime about young adults' romance. It has to be said because romance in anime is generally not very realistic. - Puella Magi Madoka Magica : 　Basically a dark and psychological version of Sailor Moon. Might make you question the choices made in your life. - Neon Genesis Evangelion : 　I'm not sure if this anime is any popular among the younger audience, but it was a huge thing back then, especially in Japan. Every anime that has a shy and weak male protagonist is basically just copying Evangelion. If you've watched Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Okkotsu Yuta is literally the same character as Shinji Ikari, Evangelion's protagonist. He has the same voice actor, the same personality, the same look, almost the same clothes and the same goal of building human connections. I have this funny conspiracy theory in my head where I like to tell myself that Yuta is just Shinji sent in another dimension. Also Evangelion's opening is generally considered the most iconic anime opening of all time.
