You can use a bluetooth dongle to connect your airpods, as for connecting 2 at once there's probably some workaround to have them both hooked up at the same time but the easier way might be to just get 2 dongles and get a usb hub if you don't have enough usb ports. Also, As someone who suffers from ear damage from extended use of in-ear earbuds I'd advice for a headset or out-ear earbuds longterm, or just keep the sound relatively low, but if the heat of the moment that might not be easy.

Easy broken trio of course is the main 3: Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki. I don't want to count pro heroes otherwise there's some that you haven't even met yet that could be considered up there. Personally I love Monoma (the copy quirk guy from class B) so I would want him in any team if I could. Just sticking to class A I think Jiro does everything Shoji and Koda do but better and she can fight better than them too so she'd be a really good part of a good trio as well.
