2023-01-14 17:23:58 +0000 UTCim glad youre excited to meet rival teams!! that wish will definitely come true in time :D you may end up in a dilemma that many haikyuu fans end up in where you want everyone to win no matter what team theyre on lmfao. also, on the topic of their names, often times itll be better to memorize their last names as thats what most of them will go by. some of the third years will be called their first name by closer friends while the first years still use last names for them (for example the captains name is sawamura daichi - his good friends will often call him daichi while our main characters call him sawamura) but generally last names will be used much more

Daichi the captain of Karasuno is voiced by Satoshi Hino who also voiced Rengoku in DS & Kamo in JJK. Kageyama is voiced by Kaito Ishikawa who also voiced Iida in MHA.

Also, Daichi (captain) has the same VA as Noritoshi Kamo (JJK), the blood manipulating sorcerer with closed eyes. ☺️
