Should We Watch MHA S4 OVA 1 & 2?

We need your help! We just finished filming our reaction to S4 of My Hero Academia, however on Crunchy Roll, we see that there are 2 OVAs that follow the finale: Make It! Do-or-Die Survival Training Part 1 and 2. Should we watch those and then proceed to Season 5? Or is it ok to skip those and go straight into the next season?
Also, comment below if there is a MHA movie that we need to watch before starting on Season 5 and maybe a link to it would be great :) Thank you!!

But some other basic season 5 info is omitted as to not spoil it. All in all the opinions I heard are that the movie happens after the Christmas episodes in the show.
