The only change in his capabilities is that he has more options to choose which titan he'll transform into. Kinda like pokemon in a way XD Hope that helps with understanding :))

Yes having the founder makes him "special" but, as has been stated numerous times, he can't use any of the founder's power unless he makes contact with a titan with royal blood. Thus, the significance of him meeting with Zeke is that Eren will have unchecked power and will potentially activate the "Rumbling" and flatten the world.

It's like Hange said, Zeke was the one to tell them this without them ever really confirming whether or not what he tells them is true. And remember at the start of this season when those Eldian parachuters were dropped? They didn't instantly freeze up and turn from the spinal fluid. We know this because they only turned as soon as Zeke screamed. So that confirmed for us that those Eldians had Zeke's spinal fluid and that Zeke's screaming is the trigger for the transformation.

And Eren needs an injury to turn+ the will to turn so him showing his hands cut is like a threat that if they tried anything funny it’ll only take a second to turn just like he did with Riner and Falco, when he was in the cell he wasn’t gonna turn even if he wanted to he was just scaring Hange. And do u guys remember the first episode of the season where Eldians were tied up and thrown out of the plane and then suddenly Zeke screamed and they turned to titans? We told u it would be clear and it’s explained in this ep. When someone has Zeke’s spinal fluid in his body, it only takes Zeke to scream so that they would become a titan, as u can see in Connie’s village, after they smelled the gas, Zeke screamed and that’s when they turned. As for them being paralyzed after they smelled the gas, it’s not confirmed so that might be a lie from Zeke’s side so that he can hide his fluid in the wine for as many people as possible without anyone noticing. It hurts seeing Eren like this but everything will be clear don’t worry

Also, Zeke has to scream for the wine in them to be activated. We see that in the 1st ep of S4 when he screams and all the Eldians in the parachutes transform falling from the sky. Also, Ron, Eren still has to injure himself to transform no matter what. "Mastering" the power is irrelevant. Like think about why he would cut himself. What is the point of that?
