Why the absolute heck does everyone ask people to react to this video first?... 90% of the emotion from this ending as a reaction comes from the lyrics and especially from seeing the cage around Eren suddenly vanish on the crescendo... Sigh, I'll watch it anyway but I'm disappointed :/ Like the whole purpose of this ending is meant to be "ED1 Mikasa's view and singing to Eren, this ED is a "response", his view and singing to Mikasa"...

2023-04-04 02:48:50 +0000 UTCoh i don't mean like their interpretation of the ending. it's just that season 4 had barely of eren's thoughts or perspective so even when it is revealed at the end of season 4 part 2 that he's doing it to protect the island, it still feels like a stranger or uncharacteristic. but ost like this shows the inner conflict of eren turning into a stranger which I think is so important for the viewer/reader but the manga failed to execute on that.

They move from one thing to the next very quickly, so s4 events have felt very abrupt already. That's my opinion. I wish Mappa would take more creative freedom to extend scenes to make it not feel so rushed, but I don't expect them to do that.

I think everyone can express different opinions and feelings, but not attack each other. I think this is also one of the messages that AOT wants to bring out - Sometimes, there is no absolute right or wrong, only different perspectives.

I said in the reaction request in the dm to watch this after they saw the ending in the show. this was posted on youtube by Ai Higuchi (the singer) as an Anime extended version. I really enjoyed the edit and wanted them to hear the whole song as well. I know its not the visuals in the anime ending. I know it may not hit as hard as some of you want it to without those visuals. No need to come at my neck for it LMAO. Thanks Ron and Michelle it was a great reaction and I thought you both grasped how beautiful the song and visuals were :)

Eren's response here is "This world is cruel, but I still love you. Even though he nerved said it to her.. Eren really does love Mikasa and cares deeply about her. It's been said that Eren taught Mikasa how to live and Mikasa taught Eren how to love

Hes got a major series called the backrooms hes got going on. Definitely check out once we get further in the story because he makes alot of content from attack on titan and makes them look real. Pretty good stuff.

2023-02-11 23:06:04 +0000 UTCI feel like you guys were a bit confused at 3:20, maybe it's just your expressions, but just to help clarify things, when the singer says "Once this word is translated" and shows the scene where Eren tells Mikasa that he hated her even when they were kids, then the singer says "the real meaning won't be understood" and proceeds to show the scarf moment they had before. This part is like Eren saying "Those awful words I said about hating you isn't true. The real meaning behind that is me protecting you and I've cared about you ever since." Though this is personally my way of understanding that line. I'm not sure if others felt the same XD Let me know if it has other meanings!
