Every OFA user from then on, all they were able to utilize was their own quirk (if they had one, amplified by OFA) + the stockpiling quirk. Allmight was quirkless so he was just a strong guy who used the stockpiling quirk to its maximum ability. Deku is the first successor to "awaken" the quirk and access the successor quirks

After all for one gave him the power to stockpile power that made One for All. All Might was quirkless but the other users that HAD quirks could use both. The first user was the super strength, 2-7th users had their own quirk + the super strength. But since the quirk itself has developed so far it's become so strong that Deku is starting to be able to access the past users quirk factors that got picked up with One for All too.

Dude is just built different. The injuries he sustained in his first battle with All For One are what led to his small form. He basically just flexes super hard to imitate a shadow of his former self. That's also why as he continued to lose power he could hold it less and less.

2023-02-18 23:02:19 +0000 UTCWhen Shinso said "Fight me!" he just wanted to voice out what he wants to say to Deku and also in a way for Deku to respond to, which he did as he said "Yeah!". Shinso's brainwashing has a rule that the person he talks to needs to respond back to him and only after the targeted person respond, that's when the actual brainwashing happens. So when Shinso was saying "Fight me!", it was just Shinso talking, since the brainwashing hasn't activated yet. That's why everyone keeps quiet when he's around because his voice changer might make them respond unknowingly and get brainwashed.

It was explained in one of the Midoriya's beach training episodes that All Might's muscle form was basically the same as men flexing their muscles and sucking in their stomach at a beach to not look fat. He constantly maintains that buffed flexed state so people had never seen his real form, until he lost the power that he was flexing with and his real form was revealed to everyone.

His muscle form is his true form, however after his injury he couldn't maintain it without One for All. All though this is only half true since he has inflated post his battle with AfO.

That's why him having the voice changer makes him so hard to deal with. Communications basically break down. Shinso telling Deku "Fight me!" was him saying something to Deku and Deku responded "Yeaahh....". That's why he got brainwashed, and now he'll do anything shinso told him to do. Until he breaks out of the brainwashing that is :p.

2023-02-18 20:48:43 +0000 UTCThe reason All Might could transform into a buff guy was because he was basically doing full cowling, and All Might's full cowling looks like a big buff dude :p. By putting the strength from One for All in his body, he buffed up, and by controlling the strength percentage in different parts of his body, he did things like changing the weather, super strong punches, etc All Might was always a scrawny guy too. You can see in the flashbacks with All Might's teacher he's a scrawny guy, when she first met him and asked him what his ideal hero would be like, before she passed on the quirk.

That why All might didnt have to train like deku does. He could already use the power at 100%, but the other quircks didnt awaken in him. He could just uses the stored power and muscles and strength.

He mentions at some point he was quirkless before one for all but that he was able to use it fully as soon as he got it as the superstrength we've seen from him that allows him to do all the other things. Flying with really big jumps, changing the weather with punches, etc.

All Might had so much strength because of One for All, because One for All amplifies your own power and also the power of your quirk. And, because All Might had no quirk One for All just boosted his sheer physical strength. Also, All Might got his skinny form after his injury from All for One

Basically quirk training isnt the only training they do they also train their bodies similar to why mirio was able to fight overhaul without his quirk.
