2024-10-04 08:47:28 +0000 UTCwent cinema for the 4th matrix as i never got to watch the others as a kid, even though it's written by one of the original brothers, it wasnt the same, its more like a fan fiction sequel and they end up butchering some of the key elements in the show, not really worth a watch it isn't the sequel like it could have been and was just dissapointing theres so much to these three films though, you learn a new thing every rewatch and any vid watched on youtube talking about the film and always insightful

The 4th came out recently all cuz the studio wanted to milk it for sales. the 4th.....is just bad and this ending is much more satisfying than the 4th. This was only meant to be the trilogy. Neo gave his life to save both the real world and the matrix, a legitimate martyr or a messiah who sacrificed himself for peace, taking the rogue AI Agent Smith with him. Neo was Matrix Jesus. the mystery of Neo is alive or dead entirely was the whole purpose of this trilogy ending the way it did, and then the 4th fucked it by just destroying the meaning to this movie
