2024-10-03 17:08:05 +0000 UTCThe tiger is an upgrade from her cat. Since Mina is a Captain, she will need a Captain level cat that can fight monsters with her and support her. If you remember when they were trying on the suit, it's each person individual potential to draw out the power if the suit. It goes the same for the weapons they use. Kafka couldn't draw even 1 percent and carrying their normal fighting gun is heavy for him meanwhile Shinomiya(Bisky girl) is able to shoot the monsters and kill them in one shot and the others need to shoot a few times before killing one monster.

2024-10-03 11:13:02 +0000 UTCMina is that strong because she can draw out 96% of her combat suit power the gun she uses is just the best way to contain and use that power because normal guns would be useless for her just like shinomiya can draw more power with her axe and Hoshina with his blades, also idk if you’ve seen it but her tiger is there to protect her because she has to stay in place and he’s helping her with the recoil of her cannon by standing behind her you can see it after her fire shot !

Put that gun in anyone else's hands and they wouldnt get a fraction of the destructive power she gets. Same with Hoshina's blades (as we saw with Kikoru struggling to break through the exoskeleton).
