2024-10-08 21:06:26 +0000 UTCanimation - movement. this show does have objectively great animation. unless you wanna dive into art direction, character design, dynamic camera movement/angles, stylistic choices, 3d backgrounds, 2d backgrounds , etc. i’ll stand by that. not an opinion. heck even the light flares from the flashlights are hand animated. and mob psycho is one the best animated shows in the industry

But if you think it was great, I respect your opinion. Personally, it reminded me of Nanatsu no Taizai S3 as well as that Pokémon episode that got banned in Japan for causing epileptic seizures, but to each their own. Thank you for your comment.

But I may read the manga in the future to see if it's better (I hated Kingdom's animé but absolutely love the manga). I've seen some people complaining online for the same reasons I did so it may be the kind of shows that you either LOVE or don't like at all. @Bryan Barnes - I'll check the first 3 episodes then ! And if it doesn't get better (by my standards), then I'll drop the show I guess. Not a big deal.

2024-10-05 14:45:42 +0000 UTCThis is only my opinion (no spoilers) but I'm sooooo disappointed in this first episode of Dandadan. - The art style is one of the ugliest that I've seen in my life. - The animation is so off : is this a tribute to Nanatsu no Taizai S3 ? - It looks like a Cartoon Network cartoon from the 90s, and a bad one. I would prefer watching Hey Arnold over this. - The characters just kept on screaming for 10 minutes. That's not funny, that's annoying... Asta's voice in the first episodes of Black Clover is more enjoyable than that. - The sense of humor is just not my cup of tea. The things that I loved were : - the opening that is absolutely amazing, added to my playlist right away!! - the backgrounds/landscapes that are sooo beautiful, if only the rest was like that... I'll keep on watching 1 or 2 episodes just in case it gets better but I'm so disappointed. I had high expectations because of all the hype and since the studio is the one that did Devilman Crybaby but...

Dandadan is definitely one of the most anticipated anime this Fall/Autumn season 2024. You guys should watch it! 😊 Romance anime I definitely recommend Your Lie in April (just 1 season) to start with since Romance anime may not be Ron's cup of tea. I recommend Kaguya-sama too since there is comedy but it has 4 seasons and that's quite long. I also love Horimiya, a good 2 seasons mixed with some comedy. But I also want you guys to watch Oshi no ko but the genre is more of Drama and Mystery than Romance.(Same mangaka for Kaguya-sama.) There's also the more modern and popular romance anime like Yamada-kun Lv999, My dress-up darling, A sign of affection, Apothecary Diaries(A smidge of romance🤭, mix mystery), Fruits Basket(2019)(3 seasons), Wotakoi and so many more.

You should be able to see Your Name in there though I don’t think they reacted to a silent voice yet. If you still can’t find it maybe it really is for the higher subscriptions.

Just about to start the manga for that because the first episode was awesome. It has a great opening song as well.
