All I'm stating is for them to think from all point of views. Also to add anime is not about words only but also the actions of the characters. I know they are not stupid so I hope they are picking up on vibes that are not obvious but subtle. Anyway, my train of thoughts when I watched the anime was what I said (in the original comment) before I watched the last episode when it aired. I only read the manga after the last episode for your info. I simply was putting out my thoughts. Well for people who know the story would think that it is a spoiler.

From possibly their and for sure my standpoint right now we have been led to believe the director just wants to kill kafka, and probably is not only a bad dad bad but just a... well straight up dick who puts all his work and rules before everything (even his daughter). Saying all that BS you just said, pretty much just told them and me " hey guys the director isn't really trying to kill kafka and is actually a cool guy and yeah don't worry I just spoiled the last episode for you because all along it was just a test and the director was secretly kinda on kafkas side 🤓🤓🤡" we have only heard the director say like literally 5 or 10 words this entire show up to episode 11, so there's no way in hell you know all that stuff about him unless you've already seen the show/manga (and unintentionally spoiled the last episode) sorry if I'm coming off too strong, but as someone who accidentally read the first/latest comment, posted here, I hate being spoiled because I can use context clues bro, i learned that in elementary.

He has to think of if he is in the field with allies and does have to push himself. What if he just causes chaos and attacks his allies when fighting a tough opponent. Could end up being a negative to the overall fighting power if he will just kill everyone

Kafka's core has been revealed before, in his fight against Vice Cap Hoshina. Kafka even baited Hoshina by manifesting teeth in his chest to catch Hoshina's blade, since he knew Hoshina would strike there once he'd seen it. I guess the reveal in this episode is him having a core even in his human form? I hadn't considered this specifically before, I thought his human form's physiology was still as it was before :p
