And I've had smt-ish like a salmon ice cream... it was tuna ice cream and i've tried bacon ice cream..during an omakase. If anything tho, those "ice creams" would be better as shaved ice and it wasn't... a great experience, but my palate doesn't love super wild stuff, esp if the texture disagrees with my mouth

Idk about fishy ice cream lmao. I used to not mix up my chipotle bowls but now I do, I like to get everything in one bite rather than maybe get a mouthful of rice or something but it depends on certain food of course I can see how people like certain things that aren't mixed up. Never had egg yolks on rice but that does sound good. I usually put egg yolks in ramen and mix it but now I wanna try it without mixing lol

2024-10-12 06:05:46 +0000 UTCAbout the machine, I guess the difference between a steam convection oven to an airfryer would be that the steam convection oven manages both the heat and humidity within the oven, and I'd imagine to a more precise degree than an air fryer :p
