2024-10-26 10:40:17 +0000 UTCBtw, Ling has the same VA as Light from Death Note. It’s a pretty strong contrast between the calm sociopath of Light to Ling’s goofy attitude, but you can kinda hear hin channel his Light voice when Ling gets serious

Armstrong didn't drop it as it's quite a huge bomb to drop on them with what just happened after Greed and his chimera friends getting killed in front of them by the Fuhrer.
