I was in the gym about 2 years consistently..gained muscle and weight .. this past year has been hell for me so I’ve only been to the gym maybe 8 times and I’ve completely lost myself … ya’lls page really brings me a little joy everyday and this message really hit .. because you’re absolutely right man .. gotta get back on it .. can’t let myself just dissolve into a loser 😩

2024-11-06 17:34:16 +0000 UTCthanks sometime life hit you really hard and make sure you stay in the ground for a while and after that like you said you really lose all confidence all of your work on yourself on your life is gone and everything you did till now feel like it was not even you and was useless, but it's important to try to get back to riding the horse even if it hurt and you fall like a newcomer and it feel humiliating after to feel almost back a square one in front of all of the people arround but it don't matter because it's not about them but about you, life is impossible to predict for the worst sometime but also for the better so better be on your horse for the next time something happen because who know it might be good.
