Ok. That scene on top of the train. Usopp declined to save Robin because of how ashamed he is. Remember, he was forced to acknowledge that he knew the Merry couldnt sail anymore so we saw there that he has deep regrets about going against Luffy and making heat-of-the-moment decisions which has cost him his spot on the crew by his own accord at that, when all they have ever done was be kind to him. This is also on top of him already feeling useless and then now to find out Robin is sacrificing herself to save even him...hes too ashamed to fight alongside his former friends anymore. Sogeking (Sniperking in English) is Usopp's way of atoning for that. Just like his character uses Lies as a front or MASK to hide his shame, weakness and cowardice, is physically now wearing a mask for the same reasons. It fits so well with his character to do that. His DREAM is to become a brave warrior of the seas and this is him doing that by Lying to himself, because if you are a coward...what better way to overcome that than LIE to yourself? Telling yourself that you ARE strong, and BRAVE, and a HERO to save your friends? This is one of the main reasons Usopp is probably the most relatable straw hat. We do that all the time! Lie to ourselves because we mean well and sometimes to help others. I wanna speak more on his Dream because this is masterful writing...but ill wait to do so until another arc :) Sanji still the best Straw Hat btw :)

I really hate that scene in LA series becuz it felt rushed and that move Arlong used of grabbing a handful of water and splashing against someone was used during his fight with Zoro and Sanji, not Luffy. Which added this whole confusion.

Yeah I think it's possible but rare, 2 eggs can be released and impregnated at the same time and both have the possibility of splitting into twins or more. That's how you can have twins of each gender but not identical, 2 eggs with 1 baby each or 1 single and the other with twins etc.
