Like most other reactors they’re not hardcore football fans so it’s natural they’d think goals are the only way to measure a player’s worth. They probably don’t realize there are 11 different roles on the field. Real ones know Isagi’s been killing it as a midfielder playing as bait, creating opportunities and setting his teammates up to score. Even that Barou goal was all created by Isagi. But it’s all good cause we manga readers know what’s coming in the finale next week. Our boy Isagi’s about to get the credit & recognition he deserves😏🔥

He has evolved the most of all of them and is primarily the reason why many others have also evolved, such as Nagi, Barou or Bachira. And especially now in the game against the U-20, many other players like Rin or Barou wouldn't function properly and wouldn't go beyond their limits if Isagi wasn't there. Barou, so obsessed with defeating and devouring Isagi, would have no drive without Isagi on the field. And Rin wouldn't have anyone who challenges him. As Barou and Aiku said, Isagi and Rin are basically perfect for each other, they work best together. That was also one of the reasons why Ego put Isagi in the starting lineup, because he knows that Isagi is the only one who can really challenge Rin and can therefore predict Rin's moves perfectly So, even though he might not score a goal himself in this game, he contributed a lot to the game. Because Nagi, Rin and Barou's goals wouldn't have happened like they did if Isagi hadn't been there! Sae didn't call Isagi the heart of Blue Lock for nothing. So please give HIMsagi some credit! 😂

But yea I don't feel that he's not the MC because when you really look at it, he's the main reason for everyone's evolutions reo would've never became "the chameleon" and nagi wouldn't have found his potential same with barou and pretty much everyone out of our main characters that is.
