2019-06-24 07:13:31 +0000 UTCYep Tasha is right the only people who can use the founding Titan power are people of Royal blood.what Eren figured out was that the only way for the coordinate power to be used is by for a member of the royal family to be Titanized AKA turn into a Titan. So that's why Eren didn't tell the military because he is worried that they might try to find some way to turn Historia into a dumb Titan and make him use the power.
