The reason they call her useless is because they compare her strength and achievements with naruto and sasuke. Which is wrong since her job is healing the injured (even with that she fought with everyone).

Everyone just calls her useless without thinking that maybe it was the creator's fault for not giving her something to do, she's done pretty well. Everyone likes to point out her flaws and never her achievements so it's annoying af. This def. was great to go down memory lane.
