Taking a few days off.
Added 2025-02-13 19:02:20 +0000 UTCHey Sushi Squad, as some of you may know from a recent post, Michelle has not been feeling the best. I am here to support her no matter what or how she feels. And even though some people may look like "they have it all" on the outside, you never really know what demons they may be battling. I wont get into too much detail bc she didnt want me to. But ultimately, her happiness is my priority. And this isnt an ask for pity either! Just to be clear. We understand how fortunate and lucky we are to be doing this and to have you all here.
With that said, I know it's not ideal, and I am SO SORRY this is so last minute but there will be no uploads today through monday...The plan was to film today and be our "normal" selves, but that unfortunately will not be happening. We have filmed ahead on some shows, so there will be a few uploads here and there. but other than that, we wont be resuming filming again until Monday.
We have updated the schedule to reflect what to expect starting next week (Tuesday) and we couldnt be more excited! But I want to make sure we can do this for the next 10 years, and the only way that happens is to make sure we create a healthy and sustainable balance, and to take time off if we are feeling burnout or stressed, so that we dont lose the thing that probably brought you all here... OUR GENUINE ENJOYMENT WATCHING ANIME AND SHOWS!
We appreciate all the messages and support! We pride ourselves in making sure you feel that through our effort, consistency, volume and quality. We dont take any of you for granted, and know you don't have to be here. And we will keep showing you that. But sometimes a break is needed to reset, reground and regroup mentally.
