Light would not had conceded and if he did he wouldn't have shed a tear after deciding to kill Euphy even if it does serve its purpose although it wasn't the only possible one.

But in all honesty I thought that whole short dialogue leading to lelouch accidentally giving the command was a head scratcher to meโฆ โfor example if i said kill the japanese!โ Like what ๐?! What was he hoping to gain from that conversation?

Lelouch fumbles so many situations due to his arrogance, emotions blinding him, or just being extremely careless, which is what I really like about his character. He's extremely smart but has so many flaws which imo makes him a really naunced character

It's even more sad since she's so pure and like Michelle said she did the whole thing while her whole personality was intact

They did Euphemia so dirty, she was such an angel - but totally was an amazing writing choice, just heart crushing. Her fighting the command too in the brief moments before she is forced to accept it just speaks to what a pure soul she is. That said - buckle up now, the show only goes up from here.
