2025-02-27 09:46:34 +0000 UTCIchigo is so good at fighting because he already has a lot of experience. He often fights with his father, but also beats up some jerks, as we saw in the first episode. And I wouldn't say Ichigo is good with the sword. In my opinion, at first he just swings it around trying to hit the Hollows and only learns how to use it properly over time. That's why Rukia told him in this episode not to just swing his sword around when Orihime's brother attacked him. This alone shows that he doesn't have much experience with swords. And to explain the Konso thing: Ichigo is actually a very smart and confident MC. If he knows and is sure how something works, he doesn't ask questions but just does it. He's not one of those MCs who are insecure about themselves and lacking self-confidence at the beginning of the story, like Deku for example. In this case he is a lot like Luffy, just damn confident and doesn't ask unnecessary questions, just acts according to what he feels is right. And I would just say, don't ask so many questions Ron and let them distract you from things that are happening. All your questions will be answered, don't worry. Bleach is generally very good at explaining the world and its rules.

As for how and why Ichigo seems like a natural, you'll have to continue to watch the show. 🤭 Ichigo is probably good at fighting because of his upbringing cause you know how he fights around at home with his dad everyday. 😂 Ron go ahead and overthink as you might just predict the whole story and it's plot. I think for you Bleach would beat AOT and Demon Slayer after you finish the series.😁

Unlike those tropes he is just a really cool smart protag (not genius). Personally I like this a lot as I dont need my protag to start from nothing and go through a long learning process (no shade on Naruto and Deku, love em but a ton of protags are like that and this was such a breath of fresh air).

Konso spirits, and Cleanse Hollows. So Michelles thinking is that from that explanation he knows to protect the spirit he needs to perform it. Wouldn't be a hard thing to remember. You only have 2 jobs that she went over.

Bleach’s aesthetic was and is always pleasing to me compared to the others, the little nuanced poetic writing and foreshadowing is crazy, fights are crazy, characters are amazing etc And since One Piece also gets crazy like Bleach I think it'll end with the Big 3 as your top 3.

I think he was able to adapt quickly after seeing Rukia perform all of the duties of a soul reaper. Also I wouldn’t really say he has experience with swinging swords he’s just relying on brute force to carry him through slaying these hollows. He’s been in a lot of fights growing up so he’s combining his strength and intelligence to adapt quickly.

For example, Solo Leveling manhwa is incredible in the art and the design of each of the pages. I would highly recommend reading one of the fights in Solo Leveling, then read a fight in another manga and you'll see the difference

In the manga she’s eagerly waiting for Ichigo show up in class(daydreaming about him) and Tatsuki asks what she even sees in him. She replies that she finds his scowling face funny, and when Ichigo does show up she gets all embarrassed and bashful. She’s not intimidated by him in the slightest like shown here. As you can see, this is DRASTICALLY different compared to what the anime portrayed. And it paints a completely inaccurate picture of Ichigo and Orihime’s relationship from the start.
