This arc is really fun and has several important moments for both character development and the overall story. It makes me a little sad that some younger viewers just want to skip through it and get the information quickly just to catch up with the anime. One Piece was made to be experienced, not just rushed through to say you’re up to date. I’m so glad you’re enjoying this arc—it’s clear how happy and curious you all are in every reaction. You will always love arcs that we say are not as good as others or we wait out until you reach the next. Just bc theres no expectation its easier to relax and just enjoy what journey ur on. Even though after watching the whole show you will have the same response. In fact: never loved thriller bark as much as now. Watching it with you both being curious and affected makes this the highlight of my week right now. I love y'all fam sushi squad!

No reduction to maintain danger assessment, but also not raised to show the Gov is honest about it's allegiance. Brooke: His recruitment was a total flip of the norm because Oda wanted it that way. He chose to break his pattern and shock the audience by a first meeting recruitment. Especially since Franky took 3 arcs to recruit (W7/Enies/Post-Enies lobby).
