2025-03-06 00:57:41 +0000 UTCMichelle I can’t get into the scientific explanation BUT I know there is a connection between sunlight and hapiness, something like sun light = serotonin = hapiness. Low serotonin level = major risk of depression. Well I’m not knowledgeable enough to explain but this is a real thing, not just a feeling! That explains why you feel so down without sunshine (at night the light boost the production of melatonin which basically makes you sleep, it’s all « light -> brain -> hormone »)

2025-03-06 00:57:38 +0000 UTCMy fave Korean dish is Ganjeng Gejang(Soy marinated raw crab) or Yangnyeom Gejang(Spicy marinated raw crab). I even tried making my own at home. It's so good!!! But the ones in Korea were so much better as they mostly have the female ones with loads of roe. The ones I buy to make my own are usually frozen ones which are male ones so no roes. Otherwise my next fave Korean dish is Yukgaejang Soondubu (Spicy Beef Soft Tofu Stew) or Jjampong(Spicy seafood noodle soup).
