I remember seeing something where the author based Twice off of Deadpool, and the idea that Toga is supposed to be a nod to Harley Quinn, so I'm pretty sure Twice and Toga are just the author's Deadpool x Harley Quinn fanfiction and that's why their interactions are a bit wacky, like with that whole dancing bit lol
