Yes I agree. That is the biggest thing I’ve struggled with staying consistent with too.

2025-03-29 20:06:18 +0000 UTCI’d like to concur, as I’ve been working out for many years, yes the best growth is during the eccentric part of the movement, and especially lots of tension on the most stretched part of the movement (like the bottom of the bench press, hold it for a second or 2) and push at least the last set of each exercise to failure. Just basic principals that’ll make any beginner grow like crazy (for anyone out there reading this that wants to hit the gym)

Ive been in winco, kroger, tom thumb, costco, H mart, sams, walmart and all kinds of mexican grocery stores and HEB easily takes the cake. There meat section? Incredible Cheese section ? Incredible? Built in bbq restaurants? yes please. They have all kinds of random niche meals you can pick up. Huge refrigeration drink sections. The biggest deli ive ever seen in a grocery store. The biggest bread section ive ever seen. For the amount of selection there is the only place that came close was actually WINCO. As far as prices they were about costco value.
