Stop being a sub elitest, back when anime was new to America, they had anime where the subtitles were not done properly. I have seen hundreds of anime both sub and dub most have subtle differences, but there are a handful that have big differences, and Bleach is one of the biggest. FYI subtitles aren't the original the actual Japanese language is the original, and when it is sent here not only is it dubbed in America but also translated and subbed in America. And back in the older days when anime was still new to America the translation teams weren't as good as they are now. Anime studious were small and they weren't hiring world class translators on top of that the technology back in that time wasn't as convent as today. You couldn't talk to the Japanese producers super easy like today to get the translation as close as possible.

Thank you for everything is what the letter said, that's one thing I dislike with the Bleach sub is they cut a lot of content and the explanations to a lot of things aren't done properly. I have seen 6 other reactors watch Bleach not including you two. Only one is watching dub and the other 5, had a hard time in the later arcs of the anime because the sub just does a poor job of explaining things. I watch both sub and dub, I grew up on dub but watch sub now because I like to see the differences, I find it fun, and I get to watch my anime two times each time being different. Out of the few hundred anime I have seen, bleach is by far the worst of the sub anime when it comes to the actual subtitles, the voice actors are of course great but whoever did the subtitles for this one dropped the ball hard.

its shorter compared to Naruto but its not really a short anime, I think when the mods or a large amount of patreons express to them the importance of certain episodes being paired together, they will do double drops. But for now we don't really have to worry about that because there's only so many situations its really necessary.

I get that everyone wants double drops because we're all excited about future plot points but honestly I'm fine with them watching one episode 3x a week. It feels like a better pace because we're not waiting as long between episodes. They said in an earlier episode (like 4/5ish) that they weren't doing double drops right now because they were happy with their schedule and they didn't feel like they could add more to their workload. They said they MAY do double drops in the future but wanted to stick to this for now. I could be completely wrong and they could start double dropping on Monday but let them watch the show at their own pace. They're enjoying it and that's all that matters. Trying to rush through just to get to TYBW would be super disappointing. The whole point of them reacting to the show is to enjoy the story. Sure it might be slower but personally I'd rather them take their time and really unpack the story than rush just to get to the "hype" stuff or try to catch up for the last cour which to be honest they probably wouldn't be able to do even if they did double drops.

They had addressed it in one of the earlier episodes in a post. They will eventually do double drops once they get done with Sakamoto days and I forgot what else. Then they will do it like Naruto. 2 ep per upload twice a week

Ngl, Im jealous af you guys get to experience one of the best arcs in all of anime for the first time as adults. I watched this as a kid and never followed along too well. Adult Swim days were chaotic and you could miss episodes sometimes. Excited to see you guys experience it uninterrupted with no filler and no missed episodes. Btw, Tatsuki called the game Yakka because "Yakyuu" means baseball in Japanese and soccer has the japanese pronunciation "Sakka" which uses Katakana if im not wrong.
