Most of his fights we hear Usopps thought all the time, but that time we got a taste of what it's like on the enemies views of him through Luffy. Oda is great at this

It might not look like much but it’s a little better when you pay attention to what they do which is trade character design -> more fluid and better animation. If you feel the character look off, it might be that jump in animation something like the pain V naruto.
