Its been said they were busy with other projects like Bleach: tybw, but who actually knows. I really wish they wouldnt disappoint with the anime version, bcuz the manga was insane. Also, the 3 dark triad captains/leaders all can use and release 80% of the devil's powers. And that guy only released 55% of it, that goes to show you these devil possessed humans are not a pushover.

It was best for the anime production to end instead of staying in a total filler hellscape (we learned this lesson from Naruto). The manga is on the last arc I believe, so hopefully, if and when the anime returns, the manga will be close to finished or totally completed. For example, the Dr. Stone manga is completed! Since the anime has been seasonal, it's now on the last arc, which I think is 2~3 cours long.

Ep 167 is GOATED, the best ep of the series IMO We can only hope the anime comes back, as it “ended” prematurely due to catching up to the manga, but now we’re over 100 chapters ahead and nearing the end so hopefully it comes back!!
