About Ban since you guys were talking about him. Tre had it right 1 minute in the real world is a year in purgatory. So if a day has passed yeah his been in there for over a thousand years.You might have missed it / forgotten but the reason Ban went into purgatory isn't to find something to help Meliodas, but to find Meliodas himself. There's Evil Demon Meliodas which is his original form and the Meliodas we know and love which are his emotions that developed over time. When the Demon King ate his emotions each time Meliodas died those went into purgatory. So thats what Ban is trying to find and bring back.
