I like this anime. I’m glad you guys are reacting to it. I read all 14 light novels and waiting for the 15th volume to be released in Sept on Apple Books. Maomao and Jinshi’s character development is amazing.

They really sold why she didn't have to say a single word for Jinshi to back off, drop the topic, and promise to find a way to refuse Lakan on her behalf. All of that when she's "just" his servant girl... really speaks volumes.
