I really love how Araki gets inspirations from all over the world to build his universe it really makes it stand out from reguler "japanase anime/manga". Ceasar's death scene felt very "european" with the stone cross crushing him, the god ray hitting it and the classical soundtrack. Simply goated I love anime/manga that mostly take inspirations from non japanese culture (jojo, vinland saga, AOT, etc) they're always so good!

Letting fear of death sway him from a full on attack in the daytime and disrespect Caesars will (even though Joseph normally would never say something so rude) since they had the advantage regardless of if it was a trap . I like how Araki writes the JoJos too because that's a mistake Johnathan would never make because he and Joseph don't have the same flaw and both of their flaws are also their greatest strengths. RIP Johnathan and Mr. Zeppeli also

2025-06-27 01:38:12 +0000 UTCJOJO trivia time!! - yes, araki references hitler i think once or twice during this part, but it was cut out of the anime. when Stroheim did the blood feeding thing to awaken santana, it was from hitler's orders. also the censored version of the anime (that blacks out all the gore) also censored stroheim's salute this episode - Guile from street fighter is partly based on stroheim!! His design is a mix between stroheim and another character in a different part
