Also for episode 203, Tobi said that the Senju clan's Will of Fire was passed down and he could see it in Naruto, no bloodline involved. Also, First Hokage is Hashirama Senju, 2nd Hokage you haven't really learn about him, 3rd Hokage is old man Sarutobi who is Konohamaru Grandpa, 4th Hokage is Naruto's father aka Konoha's Yellow Flash and 5th Hokage is Tsunade.

I think you guys got impatient with Sasuke because you couldn't see from his point of view. As a viewer, you guys know more than Sasuke how shitty and inconvenient Danzo is for the goodness of this world, and thus want him to just be gotten rid of quickly, like the swatting of a horrid fly or a mosquito, so that the world (your perception of it) can be at peace again. But for Sasuke, Danzo is the object of his vengeance. Killing him swiftly like swatting a fly, like he did the NPC samurai that came before, is the last thing that he would do. For all that pain and hell that Sasuke felt for Itachi, Sasuke probably wants to give it all back to Danzo, and more. Without at least seeing Danzo struggle and suffer, Sasuke himself cannot be at peace. That's the difference between your motivation and his. And that's the reason behind the 'hesitation'. And come on. They really only just met. Would you really instant-kill someone you've never talked to just because some other guy you've never talked to prior told you that the first guy caused the tragic suffering of your brother, without at least confirming what really went down?

Sasuke has Amaterasu and the ability to control it. Activating both eyes gives Susanoo which is the armor thing. Kekei Genkai is also general term for a blood skill exclusive to them. I don't remember all the blood relations perfectly, so I just took the whole "I see Senju's Will of Fire in you" to be more of a passing of the torch kind of thing. Each individual Mangekyo eye has a different ability. Itachi had Tsukuyomi (the op genjutsu thing) in his left and Amaterasu in his right. Sasuke has Amaterasu in his left and Kagetsuchi (the ability to reshape Amaterasu) in his right. Sasuke never had Tsukuyomi, he just uses regular Sharingan genjutsu. Susanoo seems to be consistently a 3rd ability if the Uchiha user has 2 Mangekyo eyes.

Sasuke's Amaterasu manipulation in this episode is a good point of discussion too Itachi was never shown to be able to use shape manipulation on the black flames. Shee states this in this episode too. Likewise, Sasuke hasn't been shown to be able to manipulate Tsukiyomi to Itachi's level (I'm referring to making 1 second seem like 3 days). What Naruto inherits from the first hokage is the “will of fire”, which passed down generation by generation. Naruto fully understood it when the third hokage died. The “will of fire” is passed down not through the bloodline, but through the village ( master and student). First hokage -> third hokage -> jiraya-> fourth hokage->kakashi-> Naruto. What they explained was not that Hashirama and Madara started the cycle of hatred but that the sons of the sage of the six paths (who's names haven't been revealed to you yet) were the ones who started it. The sage of six paths and his sons existed at the very beginning of the shinobi world, so thousands of years ago. It's farrrrrr descendants, the senju and the uchiha have hundreds of generations of people that have branched off into other clans over the thousands of years. Naruto represents the Senju side and Sasuke represents the uchiha as they are both long descendants of each clan
