..in all the videos we post we say the timelines for pledging, if you pledge on or after the 1st then your pledge doesnt count til the 1st of june..

Uhmm I only received an email that said 'all patreons who pledges went thru have been given access...please make sure ur pledge went thru and that you have checked drive or ur email before saying u dont have access...' Where's the link of the videos? I subscribed on the 2nd of may and still haven't received any sort of video links

damn it. thanks for the reply. It's weird cause the 5 dollar pledge I had was in February and that charged me on the 1st, but when I changed my pledge from 5 dollars to 10 dollars at the end of March to get access to full reactions it started charging me on the 2nd for April and May. I'll try discontinuing my pledge and then pledging again to see if that will work.

Hi! I got an email that I have access to old reactions but when I click on it I can’t access, it says I need to send a request for access which I’ve done via drive a couple times. Also, probably 75% of the time under the full reactions drive videos aren’t loading for me. It says “video processing” and will continue with that message while not loading until I give up (upwards of 20 minutes). I’d appreciate your help. I work at home alone and your reactions are so enjoyable to watch they keep me company ☺️

I know you’re probably still working on getting access out to everyone but I didn’t get an email with the Google Drive and when I saw my email receipt for Patreon it said I was charged May 2nd, will that effect whether I get access or is it just based on when I pledged?

For Avatar it keeps saying the number of playbacks have been exceeded which can't be the case because I haven't played any of the videos yet.
