There’s a world of undesirable foods to the general public out there, and still many countries have dishes that consider them a delicacy. Be it smell, taste, texture and/or visually unpleasant. To an untrained palate, a dish of that complexity requires an open mind and willingness to explore what one otherwise would not. Balut, cuy, mosquito patty’s for example.
