2018-09-03 00:39:12 +0000 UTCThe reason Rod has never taken the power is simply because he's a bitch. He has always passed the responsibility on to other people. His little brother Uri then his daughter Freida he just doesn't want that responsibility. Just my personal opinion anyway. I think Rod turned into because the serum entered his bloodstream through the cuts in his mouth from when Kenny was cutting with his knife.
