I would actually love to give more tips but idk enough about your current routines and I don’t want you to change anything that is already set in stone for your 75 day challenge

Jaiden Solberg

Another thing I noticed when you were lifting the kettle bells, try to avoid any swinging, that will make it easier and you don’t want that, you want it to be challenging. Also you could improve your squat form if you hinge your hips more

Jaiden Solberg

Kettle bells are not recommended for muscle growth and typically channels promoting workouts with a good looking guy are money grabs, I’ll check out the channel myself and come back

Jaiden Solberg

Also for weight lifting, what does your routine look like

Jaiden Solberg

You already seem to eat pretty lean, but for losing weight the best macronutrient is protein, the body uses the most calories to digest it, also running will cause you to lose muscle mass so protein is important to help build them back. Would you consider yourself cutting or bulking currently? Also one last thing, cardio before weightlifting can cause fatigue buildup so you could end up doing half-assed workouts

Jaiden Solberg

thank you for this insight! And tbh, i dont think i would quit caffeine unless i had to or i learned it was bad for me, or a dr told me to lol I love it, and dont add unhealthy sweeteners or creamers to mine.

Michelle Lam

v inspirational, when i start, i'll watch this throughout the first few days again. J curious, would either of ya'll try to quit coffee/caffeine? Oh, I'm not gonna promote it, but I learned in uni that xanthan gum is a thickener, like corn starch or gelatin. It's allowed in places like japan or korea. It's made from sugar, wheat, or soy that gets fermented. Def agree, lots of ingredients to stay away from that the US allows, but xanthan gum is safe usually apparently til 15 g.. and cool book choices! Curious about your opinions after, philosophy is great to learn from different perspectives!

Michelle Lam

It's all about beginning. After beginning, everything becomes easier

Damn that’s criminal. Btw, drinking water during the workout makes it very easy to reach your goal. At least for me, I drink almost half a gallon of water when I’m at the gym

GentleCrank

Ron I can’t wait to see your 1 year evolution, you have love & support from Belgium 💪 Keep it up my guy!

Rik De Greef

Thank yall for the inspiration. I am also seeking to improve my lifestyle but its been a slow to getting faster process. I was drinking 3 sodas a day eating tons of fast food and junk and got up to 350 pounds. A year ago I felt like like my heart would skip a beat occasionally and quit most sugars. The heart issue has gone away and About a month ago Yall helped me be inspired to start making a bigger difference. I'm not able to walk very long due to ankle problems so I started with some adjustable dumbbells and the keto diet to become insulin sensitive. i'm down to 296 and im starting to walk better so I want to hit the track soon but this texas heat is killer. Maybe one day we can hit the track together in the future. Thanks for everything!

Byakuran

Hey anything is better then nothing. But adding some won't hurt, maybe add +5 every next week

Yashu

What about the pasta though?! How did it turn out?

Garrik9Lives

“We did the cardio, it’s just walking..” hey, don’t underestimate walking! As a biologist, i can say that walking is one of the healthiest things a human can do!

Durulfen

vanilla oat milk latte in Austin is $7 lol

Michelle Lam

You need 70 more of each 👀

just some random car guy

I'm not disciplined enough for this, i do 30 squats, 30 pushups, 30 situps every day

Saitama

Yo if you need tips for keeping muscle while losing fat, I know some tips that you could apply to the 75-hard challenge

Jaiden Solberg

$10 for a cup of coffee? $10 is about 4 cups where 1 live

GentleCrank

Lit idea tbh and it’s smart cause it deff helps u stay committed too

Shankshater

Lift weights, re-hit cardio, get your protein. You are already fairly lean and you probably don’t plan on taking PED’s so just focus on the weight room and do re-hit cardio. No need to spend hours and hours doing cardio just look into re-hit and hit the weights 💪🏼

Dante

exactly how is this relevant?

The CulturedGentleman

Maybe they should watch the best sports anime ever

JT

Yea boxing is a good alternative if you don't like doing normal cardio

Lownerzzz

get into boxing maybe? u will smash that and perhaps you will get inspired to watch Hajime Ippo that's in my pfp. get Michelle to tag along
