2024-09-19 18:27:37 +0000 UTCHello rice and gingerino, new joiner to the patreon soshi squad but an old soldier of the youtube soshi squad, enjoying the reactions for one piece, I just want to comment on few things, you might consider 1- One Piece has a huge fan base as you know by now, since you guys started the journey, people will rewatch it maybe for the 13th time with you. 2- the fan base might be a double edged sword. as an investment for the future, my recommendation to reacting to the show is by enjoying it, dont force yourself to but dont make it feel like as burden or a job. think of it a once in a life long long journey that will never be repeated again. I have watched many reactions to this show I know how taxing the show really is at the biggening, and I do sometime reactions myself a couple of years ago but it made me enjoy the content less and less, it felt like a burden more than entertainment. make a proper system where you watch and enjoy the show dont think of anybody getting mad or making people happy, just think of it the more you watch the more it will get better. This show made youtube channels go to a million sub in few months which what I hope you guys achieve and more. sadly this show made some channels break or take a break from the bullying and attacks. I'll always support you guys hope you guys have a blessed and a happy journey.

As much as I loved one piece, I quit watching halfway through and then rewatched with one pace and now dressrosa is currently my second favorite arc aside from marineford. All one pace does is cut content not in the manga.

2024-08-10 20:11:47 +0000 UTCAgree and disagree at the same time, I feel like as a first time watcher fillers and flashbacks should be watched at least once but in this case maybe off cámara otherwise it would literally take a year or more to catch up to where it currently is, some might be okey with that and some won’t cuz one piece has wayyyyyyy too much filler and not all is enjoyable probably out of the 1.2k episodes 400 or so are filler or recap

Skipping parts big or small destroys the whole purpose I feel like. I mean to each their own really, I just feel like a true fan and a person interested in the show wouldn't cut out hundreds of hours of content.

Also, I would strongly consider just standardizing on 3 episodes for the aforementioned Water 7 arc. You and us viewers will both want a three-piece basically every drop, the arc is that good. This show is about to reach new heights I promise. Buckle up! Its gonna be a ride...

2024-08-10 04:07:42 +0000 UTCu probably won’t but i also think you should watch the filler arc that is right after this. it’s really fun and gives more insight to how the crew works together and their individual personalities. it also flows really well with how this arc ends. but the next canon arc i say it’s stupid to skip if it’s canon but i also did not really like it lol. it was fun but dragged on and felt even worse than the actual filler arc i want u guys to watch. whatever majority has to say about that just know i’ll watch ur reactions regardless !

Long Ring Long Land makes no sense to watch in Japanese because you cannot copy accents, and that is the main reason to watch it in the first place. So watch in Eng or skip. What do u all think???

We both know there's several instances where certain things/characters/events that once seemed kinda pointless went on to become unexpectedly relevant later on. And tbh, this upcoming arc imo serves as a nice little "breather" before we get to the arc everyone is waiting for. I think building some anticipation for THAT arc will make it all the more satisfying when they eventually get there.

My stance is: If it's canon, it shouldn't be skipped. People are rightfully excited for the arcs that come directly after, but imo it doesn't justify skipping past canon material. Besides it's a really short arc anyway. Compared the length of Skypiea, you'll be done in no time.
